Napakaraming mga iniaalok ang POEA jobs para sa mga Pinoy na gustong mag abroad. Ang problema lamang po ay kung paano nila matatagpuan ang mga lehitimong trabaho overseas. Isa pa, kahit alam na halos ng lahat na ang tanging ahensya na maaasahan ay ang Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, hindi pa rin garantiya na lahat ng jobs na matatagpuan sa mismong website ay puro lehitimo. Bakit? Dahil sa personal kong experience na kung minsan hindi pa updated ang listing nila sa kung anong dahilan kaya nakakalusot ang ibang accredited agencies na kaka expire pa lamang ng license at nakakapag post pa din ng job offers.
Sana baguhin na ng gobyerno ng Pilipinas ang ganitong kalakaran. Ito ay sa kadahilanang kawawa naman ang ating mga kababayan na umaasa na makakahanap ng work abroad samantalang ang agency na nakapag post ng trabaho ay expired na ang lisensya. Yung iba naman by personal experience ay renewed nga ang license pero nag popost ng POEA jobs na hindi naman talaga open for application or ito yung ghost job openings. Meaning, wala naman talagang employer. Isang halimbawa dito ang Javier International Manpower na sadyang bumuhos ang reklamo ngayong 2011.
Para sa mga nursing graduates na gustong mag abroad sa pamamagitan ng POEA nursing jobs, pumunta lamang po sa POEA website na matatagpuan dito – http://www.poea.gov.ph/. To check kung ang agency na inyong inaaplayan ay legitimate and accredited, visit po kayo dito – POEA Check.
