Napakaraming mga iniaalok ang POEA jobs para sa mga Pinoy na gustong mag abroad. Ang problema lamang po ay kung paano nila matatagpuan ang mga lehitimong trabaho overseas. Isa pa, kahit alam na halos ng lahat na ang tanging ahensya na maaasahan ay ang Philippine Overseas Employment Administration, hindi pa rin garantiya na lahat ng jobs na matatagpuan sa mismong website ay puro lehitimo. Bakit? Dahil sa personal kong experience na kung minsan hindi pa updated ang listing nila sa kung anong dahilan kaya nakakalusot ang ibang accredited agencies na kaka expire pa lamang ng license at nakakapag post pa din ng job offers.

Sana baguhin na ng gobyerno ng Pilipinas ang ganitong kalakaran. Ito ay sa kadahilanang kawawa naman ang ating mga kababayan na umaasa na makakahanap ng work abroad samantalang ang agency na nakapag post ng trabaho ay expired na ang lisensya. Yung iba naman by personal experience ay renewed nga ang license pero nag popost ng POEA jobs na hindi naman talaga open for application or ito yung ghost job openings. Meaning, wala naman talagang employer. Isang halimbawa dito ang Javier International Manpower na sadyang bumuhos ang reklamo ngayong 2011.

POEA Accredited Agencies

Importante na malaman ninyo kung kayo ang may nais na mag work abroad ay kung ang inyong agency ay accredited ng POEA at kung allowed ba silang mag – recruit ng manpower patungo sa isang bansa. Nais ko pong maunawaan ninyo na hindi lahat ng POEA accredited agencies ay sumusunod sa patakarang ito dahil mayroong iba na licensed nga ng POEA pero nagrerecruit sa mga bansa na hindi naman sila allowed na kumuha ng manpower.

Dapat ay alam ninyo na bukod sa licensed ng POEA ang agency ninyong inaaplayan ay dapat din na allowed sila or licensed to recruit people or manpower patungo sa bansang gusto ninyong makapagtrabaho.

Mangyari lamang po na paki bumisita sa POEA Check para i-check ang inyong agency kung sila ay POEA accredited at POEA licensed.

Mag visit lamang po sa partner sites namin na regular na naglalathala ng POEA Jobs na updated. Maraming salamat po sa inyong pag bisita at wag mag atubiling magtanong sa POEA kung kinakailangan.
